Order Cut-off Time:

The cut-off time for orders is 5 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly send you an email containing the tracking number.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Change of Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@tallboosts.com or call us at +1 706-471-3130.
